RULES AND EXPECTATIONS

•  CMP does NOT allow cameras, camcorders or any other visiual recording devices in the building. To me doing this in a photography studio is disrespectful because that is what we are in the buisness for is taking photos. If you are snapping away with your own during our sessions than you are basically stealing our work. I know it's exciting when little ones first get their portraits taken but due to past issues I will not allow any visual recording items (camera, camcorder or etc.) to be in the building. I appologize for any inconvience.
• CMP will not tolerate people digging in our prop or props closet. We understand that you want to find fun things for your children, but that is what our job is. It is the same as someone walking into your home that is a stranger and digging into your pantry/closets. Please ask us if you like if we have certain props and we will get them for the portraits. Children are not to play with props as we will have a special section in the studio for children to play with lots of toys and fun things!
• CMP does not allow any food in the building. We will have water available for you to drink but nothing is aloud in the actual studio. I know it helps to have snacks for your children to eat to keep them concentrated but we will have a special section for childrens to play in to keep them entertained! Again no food or drink in the building!
• Pet portraits are allowed and welcomed but if at anytime the photographer feels threatened by the animal he/she has the right to end the session or request the animal be detained.
• Children do well when rested, well fed and around people they love. Please arrange the session at a time when you feel that your child is at his/her best.
• It is the parents responsibility to keep their children in a cheerful mood, cooperative and watch out for their saftey. CMP is in no way resonsible for children's reactions to getting their portrait taken, mood changes or saftey. Please take all precautions to make sure that your child is safe at all times!
• CMP does NOT offer refunds for any reason except for the one exception that the photographer is ill and can't make it to the photo shoot. At that time the customer has the choice for either a reshoot or a refund.
• WE NO LONGER ACCEPT CHECKS OVER $75.00
• If at any time during a session the photographer feels that he/she is threatened and afraid for their saftey they have  the right to end the session.
• CMP can't be held resonsible for customer cancellations who cancel at the last moment, parties of the session who do not show up or children or adults who do not cooperate with the photographer.
• CMP will do all they can to make sure that your session runs as smoothly as can be expected.
• Parents are expected to watch their child while in the studio and keep them safe and out of trouble.
• CMP is not responsible for any damages caused by irresponsiblity on the customers part!
