Hello.

My name is Sara and I will be your photographer for your special day.  It is always nice to know the person who will be taking your most precious portraits.   I am 28 years old and have been taking pictures since I could pretty much point and shoot. I have worked at three different portrait studios in the cities of Olathe, Chouteau, Overland Park, and Shawnee. I am very excited to finally be opening my own portrait studio. Along with studio portraits I will still e doing event, wedding and outdoor photography!

My favorite subjects are children and couples.  I like to take a mix of creative fun poses and posed professional poses.  I am a very thoughtful and caring person who just wants to make people happy.  Taking portraits isn't just about the picture, it's about the moment.

I myself have two beauiful little girls who are the light of my life. Many of the photos you will see on this site as examples are of my two daughters.  I have been married for seven years and have three dogs and two cats.  I am an animal lover but also understand some people just don't like pets. 

STUDIO SESSIONS -

It is very important for me to have the opportunity to sit down and talk with you about your needs and wants before your special day. If we are doing a studio session then I will gather information about the people getting their portraits taken and what your wants and needs are. For those who are using the studio, once the portraits are taken we will schedule an appointment for you to come view your portraits within the next three days to choose and order what you'd like. Payment for all photos chosen will be due upfront at the time of viewing!  You can reorder portraits for thirty days but the price will go up.

Portraits will be back within 7 days of ordering your portraits, and I will phone you the moment they come in!

You will find that our prices are extremley reasonable! I do offer discounts for bonner spring residents and military!

EVENT/WEDDING/OUTDOOR SESSIONS -

A session fee is due a week before the event, I wil want to meet with you about your special day and know what you are looking for in your portraits!  You will have a chance to view your photos at the studio and choose the poses and sizes you'd like to order after your event.. I will have your chosen poses and sizes printed out in about one week.  It is illegal to print, scan or copy my photos without my permission.  Anyone who is found doing this will have legal action taken against them.  I do offer a cd of all the photos taken at this time.
